MOMS Club Tokyo, 2015-2016 Board

Executive Board – The Executive Board is elected by our chapter members every year at the March general meeting. The following are the Board positions and duties.
President: Acts as a liaison with other organizations and International MOMS Club®; presides at business meetings, presides at monthly Board meetings.
Administrative Vice President: Assists the President, assuming the duties of the President when she is unavailable; coordinates activities; and supervises the service project and fundraiser coordinators.
Membership Vice President: Promotes membership in the chapter, assists the Treasurer in the collection of annual dues; maintains the chapter roster; coordinates hospitality at general meetings.
Secretary: Keeps minutes of the general, special and Executive Board meetings; assists the President with any correspondence within the chapter. Updates chapter roster and distributes it at least once a year.
Treasurer: Maintains financial records of the group and presents reports/keeps records for review within the chapter and with International MOMS Club®; collects and deposits annual dues; maintains the bank account; distributes funds legally as necessary.
Coordinators: – All coordinator positions are filled by volunteers. Our club relies on volunteers to keep it running smoothly. If you are interested in volunteering or have an idea about a new position, please contact the chapter president. The following positions are in effect until March 2016.

Moms Night Out: Arranges a monthly fun, kid-free evening activity for moms.
Playgroups: Coordinates MOMS Club Tokyo playgroups, provides guidelines, acts as primary contact for all playgroup leaders.
