On the last Monday of each month, we hold a general business meeting.  During this time we discuss upcoming activities, future plans, related business and socialize with old and new friends.  If you would like to join us, please email membership for the meeting details.

We invite you and your children to join us for our monthly general meeting or an open event.  An open event is any event which takes place at a public site.  In order to protect our members who so graciously open their homes to fellow members, we do not allow participation at a private home until the dues have been paid and a liability waiver signed. 

Annual membership dues are 2000 YEN and cover the cost of newsletter production, mailings, supplies, etc.  Membership dues and forms may be given to any Board member at a meeting in CASH. Receipt will be issued. In order for you to learn about our club, you may attend two events before joining, whether it be two general meetings, two open events or a combination of both.
